Smile
Happy early New Year's!!!!! So I think this might be my favorite card ever, I just adore this image as she totally reminds me of myself....I'm great at washing the laundry but man do we have baskets upon baskets of unfolded clothes in my house!
This is a busier card than normal for me but I was just having too much fun with it so I couldn't help myself with the accessories-LOL!!!
I started with a card base of Dusty Durango by Stamping Up and Summer Sunrise by Paper Trey Ink. My DP is the ultra fabulous Kitchen Spice by Bo Bunny, I am SO in love with this paper I can not even contain myself!!
My image is HG-Laundry by The Greeting Farm and I stamped her with Tuxedo Black by Memento Ink onto my brand spanking new Choice Buttercream cardstock by Taylored Expressions and colored her with my copics.
The sentiment was a tricky one but I think I figured that out- LOL!! The sentiment is from Circular Sayings by Verve and I used my circle punches to layer it and then half moon it behind the panel. The final touches were the Dusty Durango polka dot ribbon, 3 Very Vanilla Brads and and two of Taylor's Tiny Twinkles in orange!!
Hope you all enjoy the last few nights of 2009!

Addy 'tude Loves To Sparkle
Happy Monday, this should be a slow week and thankfully another short week thanks to New Year's!!
So yesterday was my fabulous BFF Jodi Collins, Stamping A Latte, birthday so of course I had to make a fabulous card to match and I am so excited to see her at work today to give it to her!
I started with a card base of Basic Black and White. Jodi LOVES polka dots so I picked the DP from my Stamping Up Prints Pack I.
My image is Addy 'tude Love To Sparkle by Stamping Bella, another one of my new stamps in my order. I thought that Addy was just too fabulous to pass up and I think that she is the perfect little gift to give to say that birthdays should always have a little sass! She was stamped in Tuxedo Black by Memento Ink onto White Papertrey card stock. I colored her with copics, used stickels on her sash and jewels and also added some glossy accents to lenses of her glasses! I created my own "sugar coated" brads by adding dazzling diamonds to basic red brads!
The sentiment, which comes with the image, was also stamped in Tuxedo Black and I used my red copics to add the dots to the corners. The inside sentiment is Happy Birthday.
The final touch was the white satin ribbon which I used cause it is a favorite of Jodi's!! I am so happy with how this card came out and I really hope that Jodi loves it. Also if you notice my color combo is the Twilight color combo, again a favorite of Jodi's!

Yoko and Ono
Happy Saturday!!! Has everyone come down from the Christmas high?
I had placed a much needed order with Stamping Bella with my holiday gift I received form my in laws. Delightfully my stamps arrived on Christmas Eve so of course after having to put them to the side to concentrate on the family the past two days I was finally able to tear in to them today and play!!
I started with a card base of Wild Wasabi, actually my last sheet too, and Very Vanilla. My DP is Lemonade by basic Grey and my ribbon is Regal Rose by SU. My image is the Yoko and Ono Ketto by Stamping Bella. They were stamped on Very Vanilla card stock with Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and colored with Copics. I added two Regal Rose brads and layered the cute sentiment underneath.
I just adore these two little girls and they were so much fun to color!!

Twi-Day Merry Christmas Darling
Merry Christmas!! Happy Friday!! Happy Twi-Day!!!!
So this will probably be the last Christmas card for the season and I decided to go out with a bang! I wanted to make a Christmas card for my BFF Jodi Collins and I decided that her Twi-Day challenge was the perfect combination.
I started with a card base of Basic Black and White. The next is a layer of Real Red that I embossed with the CB Swiss Dots folder. My DP is Jolly by Golly by Cosmo Cricket.
My image is on of the the limited edition digital stamps that The Greeting Farm put out a few months ago. For this card he is "Christmas Edward". He was stamped with Tuxedo Black by Memento Ink and colored with Copics. My sentiment comes from one of my all time favorite Christmas songs, Merry Christmas Darling by The Carpenters. I thought it was perfect for this card as I'm picturing Edward singing it for Jodi (LOL) , plus I sing it everyday at work for her!!! I actually typed the sentiment and then printed it out on the computer and used my circle punches. I also added some holly from Home Sweet Home Holiday Additions by There She Goes, colored the holly with copics and the berries are Taylor's Tiny Twinkles in red.
Wishing everyone a wonderful Christmas and Holiday Season!!!

12 Days of Sketches Week 1...Happy Birthday
Happy Wednesday!!!! I started out with good intentions for doing the 12 Days of Sketches sponsored by the The Greeting Farm, but alas I fall behind on one and I never catch up!
Annywhoo I was able to do the first Sketch and I used it for this Birthday card that I made for my Brother-In-Law.
I started with a Card base of Basic Black and White. I then used a layer of Basic Grey which was embossed with my CB "Happy Birthday" folder. My DP is from Ambrosia by Basic Grey, I just LOVE this paper!
I used my scallop oval punch on some Ruby Red and my oval punch on White. I stamped two presents from Stamping Up's set Sleigh Full of Toys and colored them with Green Copics and added Star Bust Stickles to the bows. I added black brads and Grey taffeta ribbon. I also used my black copic marker and added dots to the scallops and circle punches for the sentiment and I also added one of Taylor's Tiny Twinkles by Taylored Expressions.

You Rock My World
Happy Tuesday everyone!!!! I'm so excited for this card, I have had this image colored for so long but just never got her up on a card till last night!
I started with a card base of Lavendar Lace and Basic Black. I wanted a real funky looking DP to match my image and sentiment and I found this shimmery silver DP.
My image Ebony is from the The Greeting Farm and it was one of the limited edition digital stamps they released in November- now they have a new one where she is all dressed up in a dress and flower in her hair! She was printed on White card stock and colored with Copics and layered onto Elegant Eggplant. I added some of Taylor's Tiny Twinkles by Taylored Expressions to the corners and black brads on the side panel and glossy accents to the design on her shirt.
Now for my sentiment! Again I have had this set, Uplifting Phrases by Verve, for the longest time and just never found the right time to use it until now, actually I knew immediately that this was the sentiment I wanted for this card-LOL!!! First I cute out the White with my circle nesstie, then sponged some Lavendar Lance and Elegant Eggplant while it was still in the nesstie and then stamped the sentiment in Tuxedo Black by Memento Ink. I used my scallop circle nesstie for the boarder and added another tiny twinkle.

Bellarific Friday....Happy New Year
This is my first Bellarific Friday challenge card and this weeks challenge was "faux or sew". You can find all the info for this challenge and any future ones at Blogabella Now I do not have a sewing machine so I hand sewed stitching down the side of the floral layer and on the sides of the horizontal layer.
I started out with a card base of Bravo Burgundy and White. My DP is Basic Grey Lemonade and I used white sewing thread. My Bella is Winobella by Stamping Bella and she was stamped in Tuxedo Black by Memento Ink and colored with copics. I added stickels to the top of her dress and glossy accents to my Champagne Bottle and glasses which of course if perfect for New Year's!
I didn't have much room for a sentiment so I just sort of slid it in under the second layer. I also added some of Taylor's Tiny Twinkles in pink. Cheers!!

"Twi-day" MOJO117 Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?
Happy Friday everyone, only 1 week till Christmas!!!
Ok this is my card for Twi-day sponsored by Jodi Collins. It is her Friday/Twilight inspired challenge and you can find all the info along with her weekly card at her awesome blog Stamping A Latte
I combined my Twi-day card with this weeks Mojo Monday sketch, MOJO117. I started with a card base of Kraft and White. My DP is an old SU DP Wintergreen, I really thought it had the perfect touch of masculinity for my "Jacob" themed card. My image was one of the limited release digital stamps by The Greeting Farm and his name is Joseph a/k/a Jacob Black. I colored him with Copics and cut him out with my circle Nesttie and then layered him on a circle and scalloped circle nesstie. I also used one of my green copics to add dots to all the scallops just for more texture. My sentiment is from the Artful Inkables Fictionally Inspired set and I used my word window punch to pop it out since the pattern on the paper was too busy to see if I stamped it directly on.
Hope you all have a great weekend and thanks for great challenges guys!!

Praying For You
Happy Wednesday, we are half way through the week and closer to the weekend-Yeah!!!
Ok so this is a more serious card for today. I know that we are in the midst of the holiday season and joy is all around but unfortunately sometimes real life creeps in and I needed to make a sympathy card for a friend.
I have never really needed one before so I wasn't too sure what to do. I did know that I didn't want too much bling or bows so I think I kept it appropriate yet uplifting.
I started with a card base of Summer Sunrise and White by Paper Trey. My DP is Indian Summer by Basic Grey and that really was my inspiration piece which I based the card around. I sponged the center layer of white card stock with Chocolate Chip ink and then stamped the flowers from Pocket Silhouettes by Stamping Up in Bravo Burgundy. My ribbon is Stamping Up Chocolate Chip taffeta.
I was torn on the sentiment, I do not have too many that work for sympathy but in the set Circular Sayings by Vere there is both "Praying For You" and "Thinking Of You" and I just felt that the one I chose was more appropriate as my friend and her family have been in my thoughts since her fiance passed away a few weeks ago. I hope this card will brighten a day for her and let her know that her friends are here.

C4C15 Warm Hugs
Happy Monday!!! This is my card for this weeks Crazy 4 Challenges Week 15, C4C15. The theme for this weeks card was Snowmen or Snowflakes. I decided that I wanted a non holiday winter card. I also went with a monochromatic look, which at the beginning was not really my intention but it just seemed to work- I don't use green to often.
I started with a card base of Wild Wasabi layered with Very Vanilla. My DP's are both Jolly By Golly by Cosmo Cricket and they feature the all the snowflakes. My image is one of my favs, and she is Snowbunnybella by Stamping Bella. She was one of my very first Bella's and I still get a kick when I use her.
I stamped my Bella in Memento Ink Tuxedo Black onto Very Vanilla and then colored her with copics. I used Star Dust stickels on all the fur trims and Crystal Stickels to create faux snow under her boots. I pierced a boarder around the image and popped her up on dimensionals. I used my oval punches for my sentiment and added two of Taylor's Twinkles. I also used two Very Vanilla brads on top.
Hope you all have a wonderful week, I still have so much Christmas shopping to do!!!

Sleigh Full of Toys
Happy Sunday everyone!!! My MOJO has been missing for a while now, just not feeling very creative, but I do feel a little something coming back so hopefully this will be the first of many new posts :)!!
I made this card the other night, I don't love- actually I think it's kind of cheesy. There's a lot going on and I think that is what is distracting me. Anyway I always wanted to try this stamp set, which is Sleigh Full of Toys by Stamping Up, and color it with my Copics. I think the next time I play with it I will keep the colors for the boxes down to just 2 colors so it has a more organized look. I also added just a few of Taylor's Twinkles to the gifts, they are hard to see. I added some Stickles to the bottom of the sleigh to give the effect of snow.
My sentiment is in the Home Sweet Home Holiday Additions set by There She Goes and I used my circle punches and another Twinkle in green for the center of the poinsettia. My DP is all Jolly by Golly by Cosmo Cricket.

MTSC50 Friendship Never Melts Away
Happy Tuesday!! Hope everyone had a great holiday last week. I've been MIA for a few days, not feeling too well but I was able to finally finish this card that I started last week when I colored this adorable Autumn Anya but The Greeting Farm.
I used Mercy's sketch for this week and just really quickly laid it all together. My DP is Jolly by Golly-Smitten Mitten and the Regal Rose layer I created my own DP by stamping snowflakes from Stick Together by There She Goes in the same color. My sentiment is also from this set.
I stamped my Anya with Memento Ink in Tuxedo Black and colored her with copics. I also added twinkles by Taylored Expressions to the bottom.
